Duvelhof Tilburg

Intertwined with the city

Commissioned by DOKVAST, Zecc is working on the realization of the urban infill 'Het Duvelhof' and the revitalization of the listed wool factory 'Het Duvelhok' just outside the center of Tilburg. In the coming years, a creative residential area will be built here with a mix of functions of living, working and leisure, including restaurant, art route and boutique hotel.

 

Refined masonry architecture, special roof shapes and the history of the wool industry serve as the basis for the new compact residential neighborhood. The green character of the adjacent hidden executive garden is brought into the courtyard and designed in collaboration with Studio Redd.
