Cobercofabriek Arnhem

From milk factory to residential area

Zecc has been working on the transformation of the Coberco factory in Arnhem since December 2022. The urban design concept comes from Studioninedots 'Cityplots' concept.

 

The assignment includes the transformation and restoration of the former milk factory, the integration of a parking hub and a new head building of about 10 layers as a new accent in the city. The challenge is that the various components will form one entity as a beating heart within the Coberco Quarter. The public space will be designed by DELVA Landscape.
