Nobelkwartier De Bilt

Where living meets sports and community

Since December 2022, Zecc has been working on the design for the new construction of a Mixed-Use building in De Bilt. The new building will contain three functions: A sports center with three sports halls and associated facilities, the HF Witte conference center and social housing commissioned byWoongroen.


The sketch design has been completed and the design development is underway. At the central axis through the building, the public program comes together. This axis also forms a semi-public route from north to south within the complex. The construction is hybrid, combining wooden CLT elements with traditional construction. The HF White Complex is the first project within a broader area development.
